i had purchased a new Note3 Neo on 14.09.2014, it has a display problem from the 1st day itself, i shown it to samsung customer care center in pondicherry, but they are unable to resolve the problem. i talked to the manager of pondicherry service center also, more over that they are trying to convince me. i talked to your customer care over phone call, but they are also unable to resolve the problem, ref no [protected]. then how to resolve the problem, the mobile is not used for even a single week. i asked them to replace the mobile, but they denied that also please help me to solve the problem.
