[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Poor performance of Smartphone Galaxy S4 | |||
Hello, I am writing this email regarding the Samsung Galaxy S4 handset. I was very happy when i purchased this handset by thinking that this is the best decision for me to have this. But just after a month it started disappointing me by its performance . I am not new to Samsung smartphones. Me and my family we all are using Samsung smartphones (Samsung Nexus, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3 mini, Galaxy s5)and my sel[censored]sing S4. I can not understand why its performance so bad. 1. If i turn on Mobile data/wifi after sometime keeping it off, You wont be able to use anything for a minute or two because it freezes . 2 If it start updating(over wifi or 3g) any application on background again you will not be able to use anyother funtion properly on the phone 3 Whenever you have to turn on the Camera it will show black screen for couple of second (7-10 sec) by which you will miss the scene for which you want to click a picture. I have downloaded 28 application from Google play which also include few from Samsung app store. I am using a high speed 32gb memory card on it . I tried formatting the entire phone twice and also and also used it without external memory card but still no improvement in performance. I dont want to visit service centers as i know what they will do( first they will try to show me that i am wrong and phone is working fine) then if somehow i manage to show them the problem they will reload the OS again by which i will loose everything on the phone and i know its not going to make a difference.And at last they will replace the main board/Hardware with refurbished one which i really don't want. In past i have very bad experience with Samsung services ( You can check my previous complaints using my email ) . So now i would like to either get a sealed replacement of this device or replace this will upgraded one. I am ready to pay the differences. I also owns a secondary device which is Iberry Auxus nuclea n1 which performs far better than Galaxy S4 except the Camera and some patented features Thanks Sawdeep SIngh Was this information helpful? | |||
