My washing machine has stopped working, I want company technician to repair it from 4 days.There call centre personnel doesn't know the nearest service centre & every time a new person calls & I have to repeat it again and again.The person says he can't guarantee when will the service available.This is the condition of samsung India operation in Pune. Lodging complaint on samsung company web site is impossible because it is not user friendly.Model nos are not available.I have doubt that company has done this to just to show off people that company is so care taking or just showing as legal requirement.Actually no body could lodge complaint using their company site.
