[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Tray glass broken inside Samsung refrgrator | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, We bought a refrigerator in March 2014 and now the tray glass was broken while cleaning inside fridge, But we dint put any pressure to break while washing only broken. When i called to Samsung customer care they took the complaint no and told that Tray glass will replaced with no cost becuase it's under warranty period. So now the executive is telling it will chargeable. So please take action on this.
