I HAVE NOTE 2 OF SAMSUNG COMPANY. 2 DAYS AGO THE DISPLAY OF MOBILE SUDDENLY BALCK OUT. WHEN I GOES TO SERVICE CENTER THEY SAID THE MOBILE HAS INTERNALLY DAMAGE. I SAID HIM THE MOBILE DIDN'T DROP FROM ANYWHERE BUT HE CAN'T UNDERSTANDING. SECOND DAY I SPEAK TO SUMSUNG COSTEMER CARE TOLLFREE NO. THE EXICUTIVE SAID THAT HE CAN TALK TO THE BOY OF SERVICE CENTER BUT AFTER TALKING WITH HIM HE ALSO SAID ME THAT THE MOBILE CAN'T BE REPAIR AS WARRANTY AND I WILL TO PAY 7440 RS AS LCD REPLACEMENT CHARG. I DON'T NO WHY I WANT TO PAY THIS WHEN I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT MOBILE. SAMSUNG SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND AFTER THIS I WILL NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG MOBILE AND I ALSO SUGGEST MY FRIENDS SIRCULE THAT DON'T BUY SAMSUNG MOBILE. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SAMSUNG.
