[Resolved]  Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Urgent response - Washing Machine complaint

Dear sir, We have purchased a Washing machine model No.: WA80ESLEC fully automatic, Bill No. 130302 dtd. 26-06-13 from Bismi Electronics Ernakulam with two years of warranty and it is not working properly after 6 months use. We have given complaints and two time they came and repaired it but three days ago machine is not working again. We have reported the issue but nobody replied yet. Kindly let us know that if the complaint still remain like this what we will do after your warranty period. Kindly do the needful to send an experienced person who can solve the complaint permanently or please replace the machine immediately. Awaiting your favorable response soon. Sherafudeen K.Z.
