Dear Sir/Madam, I am using your Samsung TV I booked a service call on Feb 2014, there is no response till this move and also once again I have booked a complaint on 24/06/2014 @ 6.30 Pm to 7.00Pm and the Complain Request No:..[protected], While booking the complain your call centre executive told me that, there will be a call within 24hours and they will call and an appointment and visit to your place for attending the call, but their was no call from your service centre till 26th June 2014 and I visited your service centre which is located at sathavachari (Opp. to Government Cable corporation)@ 1.30 to 200 Pm they told that they will not call anybody since daily they have 20 to 25 calls they will come as they like, I very clearly told that I need the person before 4 PM same day and I returned back to my home but there is no response till 5 PM after that I called call centre and spoke to Mr. Shankar, He is telling that we will not come to attend your complain, you may report to anybody else I will not care and simply we will close your case by telling the following things:- Ø The customer is not available Ø The customer is not picking up the call Ø The customer told that he will contact service centre later Ø The executive visited but the door is locked Ø The customer place is far away from the service centre Ø We are unable to locate the address And also where ever you complain only we have to attend like this that /fool is harassing me Sir, Pl let me know is this the way to handle the customer, if you are not interested pl let me know I will send the TV to your corporate office as a Memento, and it will always remain the behavior of your service centre, pl pl collect your service centre peoples chapples and courier it to me for slapping it by my self It is my fate and Ugly to be your customer and also I am working for a very big Corporate, one of the 500 fortune company as a Divisional Manager, I will convey this to my employees also that how you peoples are cheating the Customer by way of service centre Sir, pl send me your corporate address for me to parcel the TV and send Very very Unhappy, Fate, UGLY, to be your customer today and for ever Ramesh.M [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
