[Resolved]  Samsung — Free Samsung Mobile With Samsung LED offered but did not give

Hi, This is Ratnesh Sharma from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I bought Samsung LED, Model: UA32EH4003R from Bittu Electronics @3, Ghaswala Building, Chhotala ni Chawl, Odhav, Ahmedabad-382415, mobile:[protected] We bought Samsung LED worth rupees 22000 from the above stated Shop looking at the offer of free samsung mobile with the LED on 11th of September 2014 & told us that the free gift (Mobile Phone) will arrive within 10 days. The owner of the Shop was making us wait for the Mobile Phone saying that it has not yet come from the company. We have been calling him many time since the day of purchase of the LED. Now today he told us that you have to pay 1000 Rs more to get the cell phone and this is the problem. This is not done. The guys is fooling us by making stories every time. This is cheating and I need the Mobile phone which was offered to us. What should be done?
