Dear sir, I have purchase a double door freez but within one year problem arrises and alrady for the time being problemm has been resolved but only temporary and after same problem i.e first compraser problem witingn the warranty and after three month freezer problem i.e ice form in outside of freezer section and continusily i hve talked with service centre and samsung tall free no. both saying problem will be resolved but now a time from last ten days no any engineer visit and when the call to service center she told me your call has been cancelled, then kindly let me knw, whether my decision is it wong, i hve purchase the product of SAMSUNG... AND ALSO PRESENTLY M USING SAMSUNG LED, AC, MOBILE WASHING MACHINE, AND MICROWAVE.. ENCLOSED HERWITH PURCHASE INVOICE AND SERVICING INVOICE FOR YOUR REFERENCE...
