From purchase onwards the phone is hanging frequently, low battery, with in 8 months period, the main front cover colour gets faded to be replaced, Ringtone volume is very low when call is connected And it often shows a message not registered on network, so please advice the concerned today to resolve this problem on top priority, So try to replace the mobile as soon as possible...

Updated by rehanshariff Sir i have purchased Samsung s duos2 GT-S7582 from samsung smart
cafe, Masab tank, Hyderabad.With in a short period the front panel of the
mobile phone gets faded out _copy of the images enclosed_ for ready
reference when contacted to the Samsung service center-sv communications
-[protected] _NANAL NAGAR, HYDERABAD_ they stated it cannot be
replaced.As we have purchased a Samsung branded phone from
Samsung Smart cafe by paying all taxes costing about RS.10000.If this
is the condition of a branded phone, We recommend all our colleagues n-
-ot to purchase this low quality phone and Also publish the same in
media.Hence Further this phone also have battery backup problem, auto
ring tone volume low, hanging problem, always showing not registered on
network.On getting confirmation from you only we will decide further
proceedings.Requested to take action against the service center personal
who decided not to take up the issue.
