[Resolved] Samsung — Harassment from customer care | |||
Resp sir/Madam I bought a Samsung 23" LED on 12th May 2015 from a local vendor from Nagpur, he promised me to install the LED within 1-2 days at my given address and he registered my installation request to the Samsung and i got a confirmation call and sms from Samsung and provide the toll free number to take follow up.I am continuously calling customer care for my installation and they are just passing the days that today or tomorrow and also they gave me the number of Technician from aurangabad Mr.Ishwar who is coming from his city just to install my LED on Sunday as said by customer care but when i called him he replied that sir you are guided wrong i am not coming to your city after talking with him when i called yesterday to customer care they relied we cant process your complaint now do whatever you want when i said i will make a complaint to consumer forum.please guide what i could do i have talked with local vendor from whom i have purchased LED and waiting for his response Was this information helpful? | |||

My complaint has been resolved by the local vendor from whom i have purchased my LED with my kind request and it might be because of his regular business with samsung, but it is not at all resolved by samsung itself as i didnt get proper coopertion and guidance from customer care service.
Thanx to consumer complaint forum and my local vendor for timely support and samsung please improve your customer care services and the recruit proper employees for customer care services as they even cant read the address properly. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
