Dear Sir, I have purchased new samsung galaxy s4 mobile phone from amazone online shop. After two months there is a defect with hardware i have demand for replace with new because there is a hardware problem as well as the phone is costly. But the care executive telling that he can only repair not replace. If there is any software problem than i can understand that there is no need to replace but here is the hardware problem within two months with costly mobile. kindly do the needful help for replace the phone because its a too costly.
