[Resolved] Samsung — inaction in complaint no. [protected] since more than 25 days. | |||
Samsung Refrigerator Model no-RT26ZBPS. Puchased on 19/10/2009 is under warrenty period and complaion was lodged on cutomer care number about last 25 days and several times enquiries were made but till date no action was taken for replacement of compressor, which was dectected by the visiting engineer of Samung service center at Muzaffarpur, BIHAR. I feel harassed and facing problems due to non-working of my refrigerator.It is expected that you leave upto reputation of your company and get the repair done at the earliest.
