My name is Gaurav Kumar and I purchased Samsung LED TV 32” on March 3rd 2014. On February23rd 2015, as it was going to be one year of purchase, I called Samsung customer care[protected] and requested for “extended warranty” and reference number for same is [protected]. I didn’t receive any response – I again called up on 26th Feb and customer care rep. gave the same response that your issue has been forwarded to service centre and you will get a response. I kept waiting and waiting …. I called them back in March 1st week, again in April start, again in April mid, April end, May start, May mid, June start June end and then last time I called them was on 2nd July i.e. yesterday. Frustratingly – every time I called their customer care, I get ditto same response what I got on Feb 26th and in later calls made. They say this has been escalated to seniors etc..etc… but resulted nothing.
The guy Nimesh and then Himanshu (whom I spoke last night) – said to me this is how we (Samsung) works. If you have problem then keep waiting. … we can’t do anything from here. When I asked to connect to senior as I am waiting from last 6 months – they said that there no seniors available (this is their response every time). Does Samsung customer care deprt. runs completely on these incompetent people?
I am thinking to take legal action against Samsung for selling products with false promises of post sell services and making fool of customer by having incompetent people as customer care rep.
Any help in fighting this injustice would be highly appreciated, thanks
