I had a problem in refrigerator so i called samsung customer care for which they have send aan engineer whoes name is shiv dayal verma who handles complain for firozabad district ...That person was drunk and came to house and misbehaved with us...He was talking rude and was abusive...He called us and said he was coming...But never came...Then agin next day he called us and said he was coming...But never came... He was so rude that he bluntly say to us that he will not come... I want a serious action to be taken against this person...As soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
