Samsung India — Complaint number [protected] | |||||
We have given a complaint that the door of microwave is getting so hot that I am unable to open the door also, we have complaint to the Samsung call center and a technician came to see the same on 21.11.2015, he said he would check and revert . Since then we have not got any revert, we got a call from Samsung now and they are telling us that if we do not follow up the model will not get exchanged if its more than a month and we should instead talk to the dealer that is reliance . Should we follow up now ?is it our mistake we bought your product ?whom should we follow up now ? We are regretting buying your product !
