[Resolved] Samsung India — Defective product no replaced | |||
Respected sir/mam, I have purchased samsung refrigerator model no. Rt42k5068gl from jk enterprises, indore vide invoice no. 447 dated 04/09/2016. I have got this product in damaged condition & it has dent on upper left side. I am uploading the pictures of damage in the product for your ready reference. I have made complaint to the dealer jk enterprises as well as samsung within half an hour of receipt of the damaged product on 04/09/2016 as well as follow up many times vide complaint no. [protected] dated 04/09/2016, complaint no. [protected] dated 06/09/2016, complaint no. [protected] dated 11/09/2016 as well as taken many follow ups with jk enterprises on phone as well as mail. But still we have not got the replacement Of the defected product with the new one still after 2 weeks. I request you totake immediate & strict action against jk enterprises as well as samsung.
