[Resolved] Samsung India — Defective products | |||||
Samsung provides defective products. I bought a TV for 1, 60000 and just as the warranty of 1 year gets over the TV stops working. After contact with the brand services, they ask for 50000 mor for repair of the set. After such a massive expenditure it's highly disappointing to get this kind of response and being cheated. I want to take up an action against their services and inefficiency. Never buy Samsung again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
