[Resolved] Samsung India — Delay in repair o[censored]nderwarranty phone | |||||
I bought samsung note 5 phone on 19th april 2016 from anmol watches & electronics sco-1012-13 sector 22b chandigarh. On 20sep2016, after charging the phone for only 10 minutes, it got overheated and stopped working. I gave my "underwarranty samsung note 5 phone" for the repair in samsung service care center sco-3009-19, sector 22 chandigarh on 21st sep 2016. They said there is defect in the hardware of mobile and assured free repair in 5 days. Since then i have visited the service center 5 times and everytime they refuse to give the phone and says it is not being repaired yet and asks me to come 3 days later. I have even contacted their manager personally but she is not responsive. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
