[Resolved] Samsung India — Display problem | |||
My job sheet number [protected]. I WENT TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 2 NOV THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL FIX IT ONE WEEK ( BLINKING DISPLAY ) BUT IT''''S BEEN 27 DAYS THEY STILL DID''''T FIX IT AND THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL TAKE 1 MONTH MORE ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE SAYING THAT SAMSUNG IS NOT PROVIDING THEM DISPLAY SO THEY CAN''''T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND THEY DON''''T KNOW WHEN THIS ISSUE CAN GET FIXED ! AND THEY ARE DOING THIS WITH EVERYONE FIRST THEY SAY ONE WEEK AFTER THEY REPEAT THE SAME STORY TO EVERY CUSTOMER THEY RECEIVE.The problem is yet not solved ! so please either solve my problem or give me my refund !
