Dear Sir, I have lodged a complaint for repair of my washing machine on June 11, 2015. The executive who attended my complaint called at my place and informed that the drum has to be replaced on June 12, and it would cost Rs 8000. I have no option but to trust his opinion and agreed to the cost. We working people are so dependent on these appliances to run the home. The service centre is yet to come and attend to the replacement.
