Samsung India Estore — Delivery delay and worst customer care

Their estore is offers pathetic service. They say that their delivery time is 3-5 days but even after the 7th day the order is not dispatched yet. I just bought it from there because my company had a discount. When I called the customer care, he asked me to call back in 2-3 days, how lame is that. He told he can not connect to anyone from dispatch department also. What are they, some stone age people? Never buy from there. Flipkart would have been thousand times better but unfortunately I could not order from there.
