[Resolved] Samsung India — Faulty led pannel | |||
In continuation to my complaint dated 11/08/2016 samsung had sent technical representative to my place he was demanding rs 14000 for replacement of faulty led panel of tv with a warranty of 1 yr that means next yr i have to spend again there r exchange schemes being offered by tv cos or i may go for a new tv i will not recommend samsung products to any of my friends/ contacts i am not in a position to pay for d defective/ faulty pannel i may have to go for other options available to me i have flat pannel computer - laptop working nicely because they not manufactured defective Was this information helpful? | |||
