Samsung India — Faulty mobile handset issue | |||||
Hello I have purchased one new handset Samsung Galaxy A8 from Ruchi Sales, old Bus Stand Bilaspur (C.G) Store, since from the date of purchase their was a fault in the handset of restarting automatically several times a day, had gone to the store from where i have brought that handset he clearly denied to help and said that go to samsung service center, after that i had visited three times to samsung service center but the same issue was their no resolution has been done, i asked the shop keeper to replace the hand handset than he is asking to sell the same in 11000/- to him which i brought for 31000/- from him only. i need the handset to be replaced by new handset without giving any extra amount since i have paid the full amount of the device and they have sold faulty handset to me.
