Samsung India — FAULTY NOTE 4 & POOR SERVICE | |||
I had bought a Samsung Galaxy note 4 on jan19' 2015. The phone had some software issues so I visited the service center on 21st jan and they did software installation. The same issues occured again and again for 3-4 times and the software installation was done. I was not happy with the solution provided to me, So I sent a mail to the CEO's office in which I told them about the service being provided to me and the faults. They called me up and got the phone picked up, not a proper solution was provided to me. I repeatedly sent mails to the CEO's Office and got calls and the phone was picked up from my phone for like 3-4 times. In march, my phone was kept for around 10-15 days and the issues were as follows: 1. the back cover was making noises on being pressed. 2. the phone's camera was not working well 3. the s-pen was loose. 4. software had issues of various applications being stopped on their own and error messages due to them. I received calls in that period from an escalation team and i explained them very well about the issues. Also, I told them about a new issue with the front camera about the warp images. They later on called me up and told me that the issue was fixed. I received my phone after 10-15 days at 28th march evening, the phone was in dead condition, So I charged the phone and started checking my phone the next morning, Then the back cover was little out of shape as if something was filled into the back cover. Also, the camera issue was not resolved. I then called the service center again and they asked me to wait and kept delaying the pick up. THE PROOF OF THE FRONT CAMERA HAS BEEN ATTACHED. I then sent some mails to CEO's desk and the phone was picked up by then from service center end on 30th march. I had by then stopped receiving calls from the CEO's desk too. NO JOBSHEET WAS PROVIDED TO ME as according to the service center they picked up the phone as a courtesy for me. IT'S BEEN SINCE THEN AND THE PRESENT DAY NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND THE PHONE IS STILL WITH THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SAY THEY ARE WAITING FOR A PRODUCT SPECIALIST'S VISIT AND TELL ME TO WAIT FOR 2 MORE DAYS EVERYTIME I CALL THEM. I THEREFORE ASK EVERYONE OUT HERE WHETHER THIS IS WHAT I PAID 57000 BUCKS FOR? WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? Was this information helpful? | |||
