Samsung India — Harassment by service centre for not repairing my mobile.under warranty. | |||
I bought an s6 edge plus along with clear view cover from chennai aftrr got scratches on screen. Samsung had ordered for such phones to have free change of screen. I visited the service centre and the manager agreed to changing the screen but due to unavailability of the product i was told to wait for 2 days. Insipite of asking for a job sheet i was refused citing reason that after any repairs are done only then a job sheet is given.After 5 working days i tried calling the techno care service centre in tambaram on the mobile number given by them it went unanswered and now even samsung customer care are saying they cannot provide me with the details of the service centre and arrange a call from then as'I dont have a job sheet'. As samsung proclaims it believes in customer satisfaction. They only believe in customer harresment. Utterly disgusted Was this information helpful? | |||
