Samsung India — I bought a refrigerator one year ago and it never worked

I bought a refrigerator one year ago and it never worked properly. I complained several times but no use.. you can check PAN: [protected]
every time service engineer told it will be fixed and it never got fixed. Once I ws told that product itself will be replaced but this also never happened.. then I wrote to SEO office and it also went in vain.. you can see mail content and reply. Now I am loosing my hope on SAMSUNG... It is very bad for consumers..

Please see the trail mail which I have sent on APril 21..
Now Service engineer called and he is saying that he will only come if we pay 550 rupees as product is more than one year old.. I was expecting this.. It is sad that I am complaining continuously since I have bought this product and now SAMSUNG could not solve the problem in one year and now their engineers are asking for service charge.Why should I pay?. Will someone tell me to whom I can talk so that this problem is solved.. the frustration is piling up day by day...

I hope this mail will be read by some higher authority and my problem will be solved.. My permanent account number is [protected] . I bought a samsung refrigerator last year and since then it is creating problems. even after complaining several times issue is not resolved. You can see trail of complaints in your database. After getting frustrated too much I have decided to write it to CEO office. If my problem is not solved yet, I think I should go to consumer court which I definitely will not like to do.
