I have a samsung plazma tv wich was purchased in oct 2013. The warranty of the tv will be end in oct 2017. This tv is a defected produced product which has been repaired 5 times till oct 2016. I registered a complaint regarding its functiong on 2 nov 2016 which cannot be resolved by service center and customer care center. I am steel complaining to your customer care executives but they are not taking this seriously. I am hoping that you will take some appropriate action in this direction. Otherwise i will have to take legal action about it.

My job sheet no. is [protected], submitted on 22 sept 2016. till now they don't delivered the mobile. customer care and service centre don't provide the detail about phone. service centre even don't know where the phone is?. customer care and service centre information don't match and they provide false information.
