Samsung India — LED TV display not working - complaint no [protected]

Hi, I have bought an LED TV on 27/03/2015 from Chandra Electronics, Bata Chawk, which has 1 year warranty. It had got some problem with the display on 24th July and I had complained regarding the same to customer care on 28th July. My complaint number is [protected]. I even brought the TV myself to the retailer (Chandra Electronics), but they assured me that some technical person will come at my place and will resolve the issue. But after a few days one person came and just saw the TV and gave excuse that he has not come with his kit and will come later to resolve it. Till date, nobody came.
