I am a costumer of samsung galaxy grand prime (Sm-g530hzadins, serial norz1g40pvsxv ([protected]), which was purchased in april -2015and paid rs 13500/- (Rupees thirteen thousand five hundred only) for the new mobile phone. Last week while using the phone (Whatsapp and message) error is noticed in the phone. Then i showed the mobile to your authorized service center in thiruvananthapuram, they ask me to pay rs 6000/- (Rupees six thousand only) for the service which is not affordable to me. I am sending the phone to your costumer satisfaction center, gurgon, haryana for your favorable consideration.
Hope you will do the needful to me at the earliest.
