Samsung India — My refrigerator not working since I bought

This refrigerator is not working since i bought. I complained several times and every time a service engineer used to come and say it will be fixed.. Once they told that product need to be replaced so we have informed to headquaeter.. But nothing happened.. Slowly slowly they passed one year and now saying warrant period over so every time we will come, we will charge..

Now service engineer called and he is saying that he will only come if we pay 550 rupees as product is more than one year old.. I was expecting this.. It is sad that i am complaining continuously since i have bought this product and now samsung could not solve the problem in one year and now their engineers are asking for service charge.Why should i pay?. Will someone tell me to whom i can talk so that this problem is solved.. The frustration is piling up day by day...

I hope this mail will be read by some higher authority and my problem will be solved.. My permanent account number is [protected] . I bought a samsung refrigerator last year and since then it is creating problems. Even after complaining several times issue is not resolved. You can see trail of complaints in your database. After getting frustrated too much i have decided to write it to ceo office. If my problem is not solved yet, i think i should go to consumer court which i definitely will not like to do.
