[Resolved] Samsung India — No service provided in Jalpaiguri service center instead of that harsh words are used | |||
My jobsheet number ([protected]) sumitted on 8/8/16. The service provider explained the customer (Kuldip agarwal) about the mall funtioning of battery and promised me to solve out the problem within 14 days. Days passed away like months but till date m/s kuldip agarwal is in a state where he has being harrased, insulted by one of the staff of samsung. Sir, the jalpaiguri samsung service center is never known for its services its just a place where customers face problem like insults and harassment. The manager in charge is a lady who is not eligible for her post as she got a hard voice and a bad personlity. Sir, the samsung dealers are also against this service center and being a sufferer i launched a complain against the service center in cusumer forum dated 31/8/16 Was this information helpful? | |||
