Split ac causing noise.several complaints made to company .engineer visited the site several time .but problem not solved.the ac is creating noise till date.engineer says it is normal.ceo desk also did not resolve problem by saying that their engineer is right.ac is creating more noise day by day.ac was not even 1 yr old at the time of complaint.

company called me over 911133184506 and it send local engineer and servicing was made .The noise has been reduced since then.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
