[Resolved] Samsung India — Not able to repair the ac conditioner

We have been patiently waiting but no action to be rectify, now i would like to draw your attention towards our complaint that we are having a problem with ac conditioner for last 1 month. We have complaint so many times on tollfree no. People are coming but not able to resolve the problem. Sometime the said ac having compressor problem after some time they said ac having gas leakage problem, again after some days they said ac having oil problem. The exactly problem they are not able to find. Because of that we all are surviving a lot.

Now, we would like to inform you that now if the problem are not rectified, we may have to approach consumer forum. Our complaint no.-[protected], ref id no.-[protected]. Please do the needful.
