Sir, i am not getting proper service of my samsung j7 2016, when i am taking the phone to the authorized service centre of samsung. As per there feedback network ic of my phone is not working & when i am asked them to solve the problem as soon as possible, they just behave rudely with me & reply me that they will need minimum time of seven day's to solve the problem. I have purchased new Samsung 192 ltr single door refrigerator just 20 days back. from the day 1 its giving vibration & sound while working. In a day time also its clearly hear. at the time of night its horrible. as per service person its product issue we can not do anything on this.
