[Resolved]  Samsung India — Not getting proper service of my samsung j7 2016

Sir, i am not getting proper service of my samsung j7 2016, when i am taking the phone to the authorized service centre of samsung. As per there feedback network ic of my phone is not working & when i am asked them to solve the problem as soon as possible, they just behave rudely with me & reply me that they will need minimum time of seven day's to solve the problem.

I have purchased new Samsung 192 ltr single door refrigerator just 20 days back. from the day 1 its giving vibration & sound while working. In a day time also its clearly hear. at the time of night its horrible. as per service person its product issue we can not do anything on this.
Plz give me fast service by Samsung i am pay 50000rs and my mobile is dead in 3 month. now 24 day in service center but not give me anybody good answer
