Samsung India — Paint peeling off from the body of the mobile

Using a galaxy s4 handset. purchased the same on july 2014. paint stated to peel after 6 months itself. now complete body colour is peeled off. how can one expect the same from a 32k priced smartphone. this is simply disgusting.
