[Resolved] Samsung India — Poor customer service in air conditioning machine | |||
Due to ml intention and poor service of the service provider of samsung i registered the following the complain to ceo of the company - Like every year i have registered call booking at your customer care centre for cleaning of my ac and vide my call no [protected] your authorised service personnel saumen guria attended the call for cleaning of ac and changing the outside pipe cover. During cleaning he changed the outside pipe cover with taping but he said that it will not be provided by company but it should be paid to him. I paid him rs.1800/- along with service charge rs.570/- but he paid me the bill on 29/03/16 for rs.570/- only( copy attached) . But surprisingly after such service the cooling effect of the ac became low and the wind flow was nil from the right corner of ac.I informed him over telephone but he did not turned up. Finding no other way i registered complain with customer care vide complain no [protected], but he did not came rather reported that my mobile is switch off. I registered another complain with customer care vide no [protected]. To day he came at evening and again found dust within ac on right side which he did not clean on last time on 29.03.2016. He told us that on that day he was busy, so failed to do. But during opening of inner net inside the ac some amount gas leaked, which i pointed out and he admitted that due his handling such gas leaked. Then he gone to the outside unit and told me that during change of pipe cover &amp tapping, the copper pipe has been damaged and it should be changed and he will do it personally at the cost of roughly rs.2400/-. He also said that it is due his fault on last day which he noticed but did not expose it to us. The ultimate effect is that before such cleaning the cooling was normal and after 1st cleaning the cooling effect was less and after his visit to-day the cleaning effect is very low. Sir, i am a customer of sumsung in tv, mobile and in ac. Even in this month i have purchased another ac of sumsung. Now for being a loyal customer of your company product i am to suffer for the fault of your serviceman . I have not given any private call but it is through your customer care department of sumsung such service made and the man is also your authorised provider. But instead of providing the service he will carry his own business and for his fault i am to suffer in this hot situation with very little cooling effect. I demand that the steps should be taken to restore the normal cooling effect, the pipe that is damaged due his technical inefficiency should be replaced without my cost and the gas that is leaked due to his mishandling during cleaning should be adjusted without my cost and above all the cooling effect should be normal. I hope that you will take immediate steps to redress my grievances and will stop such private business motive of your service provider whose name is saumen guria. I received the mail on 01/05/2016 and replied - Please contact me at 11 a.M . Mala bhattacharya But till now no one contacted me and my problem remain unresolved and this is the nature of the company and i request any suggestion from any body but i shall strongly advice everybody not to go for the ac of this company. Jul 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I am very happy to inform in this forum that after my registration of complain on this site and on your initiative to inform the corporate office of SAMSUNG, corporate office has given me full support and my complain has been fully disposed at my satisfaction.Even the company has forced the defaulting mechanic of the company who is responsible for my trouble for his own business motive Saumen Guria was forced to provide the service in free of cost. Company also sent another mechanic to observe the work of Saumen Guria.
However, I am fully satisfied and once again thanks to this site who has notified this complain with the Customer support of SAMSUNG. I also convey my sincere thanks to the members of CEO office who has talked with me on several times and has solved my problem. Thanks to all.
