[Resolved] Samsung India — Problem of new samsung j7 mobile | |||||
I am purchases a new samsung J-7 mobile from New high Tic Tic Service, Bank Road, Purana Bazar, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) on 26.01.2016 but after 03 days mobile has created a problem, therfore I am visit a shope were I have brought a mobile. The shope owner has not any entertained to me, So I m go samsung Service Center, the service Center was update software in my mobile and Amount Charge 230/- received from me for this service. therafter next day mobile has created same problem, this time samsung service center has collect my brand new mobile and he told to me "I am kept few days of your mobile and operated the same then return to you". Sir, I am not satisfied after brought of samsung J 7 mobile. please short out my problem as soon as. Was this information helpful? | |||||
