I purchased samsung galaxy s7 mobile on dated 12.10.2016 from r. K. Telecom, dehradun, uttarakhand, but they ask me that samsung gare vr offer closed and i inserted my sim card no. [protected]. At night i changed my sim card and insert other one, so my gare vr code is not generated and from your samsung mobile store i know that this offer is renewed. Then i call to customer care no. They instruct me to email you at this email id and give you to my request no. I. E. [protected].

I email my problum to my. [protected]@gmail.com and they replied that "as the activation number and app registration number do no match hence you are not eligible for the offer."
