[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung A8 Gold Mobile Phone | |||
I have submitted the lcd broken mobile phone in samsung care garcha road, ballygune, koikata on 03.11.2016 having bill no.[protected]. Yet now no respond from the samsung care. The employee named pooja kapoor told me that that i will get the phone within 2 weeks but the same period has been elapsed, and now over phone she told that she has left the job and when i called in the office, the same is not receiving the call. The bill amount was rs.8300/- and advance amount paid by me is rs.300/- so please look into the matter and reply as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
