Hi I got a Samsung mobil on august 2 2015 it's brand new mobil I purchased in poorvika mobile shop in pondicherry the mobil was good for three months after that I faced issue in camera while taking pics in night times grains and lines and the image was worst I took it to nearby service centre in pondicherry at rediyarpalayam and they said server issue whenever I go at last they took the mobil and said motherboard and camera is complaint they said they changed it by evening and after I reached home I faced the dialler light pad is not working and the touch is slow I checked wit samsung tutor and they said again to visit service centre beca use there is no display light in call settings iam fed up with samsung products now I never face a issue like this ever in my life pls rectify my complaints and do the necessary actions hope u will reply me and do it it's a Samsung brand service centre in pondicherry at rediyarpalayam Was this information helpful? | |||
