[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung front load washing machine complaint | |||
I have purchased Samsung WF600OBHWQ Front load fully automatic washing on 19 August 2015.in this unit.doesn't work properly I have complained about this issue in Samsung call centre.The service engineer visited our home and changed the different kind of spare parts in this unit.But water drain problem is not resolved. I have send the email to Samsung CEO office after that I got calls from their office they requested me to send my washing machine to the service center for quality check.After 5 days the service center people delivered my washing in this situation on 19th September 2016 the same problem repeated in this unit.I given the complaint in call centre on the same day.till now there is no response from their end.I request to Samsung company take serious action against this complaint or else I have to take legal action against this company Regards SajiThomas [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
