[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung j7 lcd blinking but samsung care not help

Dear Sir/Mam,
mera nam mohammad umar hai.mera ek samsung mobile hai aur model no j7 black hai.mera mobile mai abhi warranty hai aur maine mera mobile ko samsung service center pe diya q ki mera mobile ka lcd bliking white low ho raha hai but aaj 13 din ho gaya koi response nhi hai aur call karta hu samsung care pe to bolta hai ki aapki document jama karna padega aur bank ki detail mang raha hai per mere pass document hai per bank nhi hai to samsung care wala koi response nhi diya so pls help me.
