Samsung India — Samsung mobile always switched to safe mode. | |||||
I am harsh srivastava and brought a samsung a7 mobile on 26/6/2015. This phone has has often switched to safe mode automatically. I have contacted samsung service center about this problem 4 times, all the times they said that this problem has been occured because of forcefully pressed volume button or the phone was dropped from this side. But they are unable to show any kind off remark for such things. All the time when i asked them to change the phone or upgrade my phone, they replied that it is not possible. samsung mobile phones always create problem so i switched to i-phone.
The card is already used which I got I want my payment back or I will complain to higher authority u guys r not contact ing also
