Dear sir i was purchase Samsung Galaxy j5 his sl no RZSG91574EX and IMEI NO [protected] on dated 16/10/2015 at Varanasi. my phone dead on dated 19/08/2016 .i submit phone at Samsung service center at dehari on sone on dated 19/08/2016 work order no [protected].I have submitted all types of documents ( original bill, charger, head phone, and mobile box and bank details and id proof) . please give me status of the phone and how many days in solve this problems.
