[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung refrigerator complaint no : [protected] still not resolve. | |||
Dear sir, This is inform you that, i have never get any solution after one month of my complain in this portal and in customer care also. I have received call from samsung (Anuj shrivastav - [protected]) after book complain in this portal dt:[protected]. They inform me we no stock for the same modal so we have refund your amount in you bank account. And i have give my bank details. But they are not transfer any amount in my account. I have continuously followup to samsung but they have only one answer called "today you will get money" till date i have not received my refund or any solution's.
