[Resolved] Samsung India — Screen replaced is not working like original | |||||
Hi, Myself g c soni purchased a8 samsung mobile sm a800fzke - composit pack - sn. [protected] in 27 jan 2016 from jaipur vashali nagar, screen of mobile was not working and i have sent for repairing to authorised service centre dated 23 july 16, after replacement or repairing of screen it is not working like original one its brightness now is very less and blur. i have spent my hard earned money rs 24800 and they have given replacement with duplicate screen. i would like to request you to provide me original screen replacement not this blur one on urgent basis or replacement of my mobile or else i will take this matter to consumers court.
