Samsung India — Tablet S2 is not working | |||
I have purchased tab S2 T815 from spice communication vide their bill no. 40212 dated 01-Nov-2015. This is stopped working on 17-Nov-2015 after power off during downloading an application. Now it is showing “Downloading massage" on screen. I have contacted on 18-Nov-2015 to Samsung service center (Advance Technology) located in sector 15 in Gurgaon. They said there are some software issues which need to be rectified and charges of Rs.230 need to be paid. So I have paid Rs.230 vide cash receipt no. 7198 dated 18th Nov.2015.I have got Customer registration slip No. [protected] dated 18th Nov.2015. I got call on next date from service center that motherboard is not working and it needs to be replaced and this is chargeable Rs.11000 approximately because this product is not covered under warranty due to some routing is done which I understood from them that some popup are coming during internet usages and if wrongly clicked on update tab then tab is routed. I have fail to understand why I am require to pay these charges for hardware problem of newly brought tab which is less than one month old .I have purchased a tab from reputed brand so that they have all the control and mechanism to safe guard the tablet from all external factor and in which company failed to protect the tablet software and in addition to that they said that warranty of the product is lapsed after 17 days of purchase of product. I have called numbers of times on call center numbers for help, but not got any satisfactory response (Reference No. [protected]). Was this information helpful? | |||
