I wrote to CEO, Samsung 2 weeks back, I got the confirmation call immediately after writing to CEO last week. The lady who got in touch promised to come back after consulting with Seniors shortly. This is extremely unacceptable. When a customer buys your product, he pays for peace of mind also. If your product has average life of only 18 month please mention clearly on your product. Customer should be prepared and can choose not to buy your product. Your service team is also not confident about the product and states this problem is common with Samsung Plasma TVs. I still do not want to believe that Samsung is encouraging the customers to buy the faulty products. Kindly get back to me with concrete solution at the earliest. In case Samsung cannot do anything, kindly let me know so that I can trash the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
