Samsung India — TV Panel did not work properly | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought Samsung Smart TV with 3D 50 inch on 2013, but a week before a thin black line appear in my tv. I reported the same to Customer Support and the executive checked and told that it would cost around INR 50, 000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees) to solve the issue. I had bought this TV for 1.08000 (one lakh and eight thousand) and it worked properly not even three years completely which is really degrading the Samsung reputation. I cannot expect a floppy product from World's leading brand. The executive told that this can be covered if you have extended warranty.
